Order Processing

Orders received before 2pm CST are usually processed and shipped that same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Local Delivery

 

We are happy to offer same day local delivery in select markets.  Orders placed before noon each day will be sent out via Uber Package Delivery for same-day delivery.

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of trusted shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout.

USPS

Carrier availability may vary depending on the destination country.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the selected delivery option and destination.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for:

Import duties
Taxes
Customs clearance fees
Compliance with local regulations

Pure Point Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Cold Chain and Protective Packaging

Certain research materials may require temperature-sensitive handling. Products are packaged using protective materials and, when appropriate, insulated packaging to help maintain stability during transit.

All orders are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders to locations where importation or possession of research materials is restricted or prohibited by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their jurisdiction.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
Your order number
Photographs of any damaged items
A description of the issue

We will work promptly to resolve the matter through replacement, reshipment, or store credit where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Pure Point Labs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages requiring reshipment.

Signature Requirements

Certain high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery for added security.
