Order Processing

Orders received before 2pm CST are usually processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Local Delivery

We are happy to offer same day local delivery in select markets.  Orders placed before noon each day will be sent out via Uber Package Delivery for same-day delivery. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. 2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If your order arrives in a damaged condition, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please reach out to our team within 3 business days of the confirmed delivery date.
