2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items If your order arrives in a damaged condition, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please reach out to our team within 3 business days of the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a review, you will need to provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs documenting the issue
A detailed description of what occurred
Inquiries submitted beyond the 3-business-day window will not be eligible for review, as the order will be considered accepted.
3. Resolution Process Upon verification of a valid claim, Pure Bio Science may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

A refund limited to the item(s) in question

4. Shipping & Delivery Pure Bio Science is not liable for shipping delays attributable to carriers, weather events, or customs processing. Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
