Order Processing

Orders received before 2pm CST are usually processed and shipped that same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Local Delivery

We are happy to offer same day local delivery in select markets.  Orders placed before noon each day will be sent out via Uber Package Delivery for same-day delivery.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the selected delivery option and destination.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for:

Import duties
Taxes
Customs clearance fees
Compliance with local regulations

Pure Point Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Cold Chain and Protective Packaging

Certain research materials may require temperature-sensitive handling. Products are packaged using protective materials and, when appropriate, insulated packaging to help maintain stability during transit.

All orders are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders to locations where importation or possession of research materials is restricted or prohibited by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their jurisdiction.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
Your order number
Photographs of any damaged items
A description of the issue

We will work promptly to resolve the matter through replacement, reshipment, or store credit where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Pure Point Labs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages requiring reshipment.

Signature Requirements

Certain high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery for added security.

Due to the specialized nature of research-grade products, all sales are considered final. Please read the following policy thoroughly prior to submitting your order.

1. All Sales Are Final:
All purchases completed through the Pure Point Labs website are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please reach out to our team within 3 business days of the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a review, you will need to provide:

    Your order number
    Clear photographs documenting the issue
    A detailed description of what occurred

Inquiries submitted beyond the 3-business-day window will not be eligible for review, as the order will be considered accepted.

3. Resolution Process Upon verification of a valid claim:
Pure Point Labs may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

    A replacement of the affected item(s)
    A refund limited to the item(s) in question

The company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate course of action on a case-by-case basis.

4. Shipping & Delivery:
Pure Point Labs is not liable for shipping delays attributable to carriers, weather events, or customs processing. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout. Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

5. Order Cancellations:
Orders are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be cancelled at any point thereafter. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details prior to completing checkout.

6. Research Use Only:
All products offered by Pure Point Labs are intended exclusively for research purposes and are classified accordingly. As such, returns and refunds fall outside the scope of standard policy and will only be considered in instances of verified order discrepancies, as described in Section 2 above.
